It is rare to find snow on the beach or so I’m told. I don’t live by the beach and if it’s snowing, I’m definitely not going on a coastal trip lol. But when I see white sea glass on the sand it always just reminds me of snow…. even when I see it in the summer. I have named this bracelet ‘Snow Drop’ as I have made it into a bracelet and while I was testing it out on my wrist It reminded me of the flowers, Do you get this feeling from it? I think this piece was going to have snow in its name no matter what!
White sea glass is the one of the most common colours found, but I find it’s one of the most versatile as its colour changes depending on its surroundings. Even though I used the sea glass colour index I couldn’t actually tell its true colour. I do find it has a slight pink/purple hue to it though.
The sea glass is encased in recycled fine silver, it is attached to a sterling silver jump ring and sterling silver chain and clasp. I wanted to keep this bracelet feeling delicate, so I used a smaller chain and doubled it up. The catch is in the shape of a heart or dolphin depending on which one of my kids you ask. I can see both lol. This is a unique bracelet, for the sea lover.
