SHIPPING POLICY
Once you have ordered from my shop, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Standard UK delivery times are 2-4 days. If you are waiting on a custom design, then I aim to have it in the post within 10-14 days unless otherwise stated.
Postage costs:
UK signed for – free
UK special delivery £7
European standard delivery £8
European and USA signed for delivery £12
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return your item if its not to your liking (I recommend getting proof of postage, just in case it gets lost during transit). You should send me an email so I know to expect it at info@kljewellerydesigns.com.
Once I have received the item undamaged, I will refund your money for the price of the jewellery and contact you, so you know to expect it.
