Hello my friends and happy March! As I sit here typing the sun is out and the birds are chirping …. this is what I love about beginning of spring. It’s like a promise of what’s to come, a taster of times ahead.
Mother’s day is almost just around the corner, the girls are very excited this year as they know we will take a trip out (this year it will be closer to home and not involve calling in anywhere to eat, but we are grateful for having so many beautiful places close to home) and we really haven’t left the house much this year so I feel their excitement too!
I never thought I would be as excited as I am to get a facetime chat with my mum, but it’s a sign of the times. We will have a cuppa and catch up, but I’m really looking forward to catching up in person and getting a hug in, hopefully in the not to distant future. How about you?
