Happy November my friends. For some of you, I know you are entering into a new lockdown this week and for some you are already in a version of lockdown with some sort of restrictions. It is feeling harder as the year goes on and now with the shorter evenings and harsher weather, it is more challenging to get outside for walks or any outdoor activities. But I urge you to try and get out despite the weather, maybe even at lunchtime, it doesn’t have to been for a walk, you could just take a cup of tea and find a nice quiet spot to enjoy some fresh air and nature, just make sure you wrap up warm.

I think this is appropriate during this time for a couple of different reasons: one - I am missing shows, my kids are no longer performing with their groups so this year we will find more time on our hands this Christmas (let’s hope we can meet family), two - I have found there has been days I’ve needed to put my mask on and get through the day, and that is ok, as by the end of it I have indeed felt better!
